	Community Involvement
	BAE SYSTEMS has a long-standing reputation for being a community leader and provider of monetary and hands-on support to organizations working to improve the quality of life. This culture has been at the forefront of our leadership's beliefs, and continues to drive us into the future. Everyone realizes that we cannot be all things to all people, but if you look back at what we have accomplished, you will agree that we have come pretty close. Annually, an assessment of requests for funds or time is made on a case-by-case basis, with actual employee needs or issues in mind. Most of the agencies that we support are at the national level; however, we try to support as many causes as possible at each office location.

Building a Brighter Future for Children

Please join us in our efforts to help the community by Building a Brighter Future for Children. It is our desire to support the National Children's Advocacy Center's capital campaign to build new facilities on a state-of-the-art campus, which will greatly enhance the ability of the NCAC to carry out its critical mission. Together with our employees, BAE SYSTEMS will join the likes of Camber Corporation, SAIC, and Dynetics in our alligned quest to build our children a better place to build their futures.
