The Learning and Development Center is an internal resource and medium for disseminating
knowledge and creating a learning environment for all BAE SYSTEMS employees. The purpose of the Center is to support
our corporate business plan and projects by focusing on employee skill and career development. The
Center promotes the philosophy of "everyone a coach, everyone a player." This philosophy will enable
employees to evolve and stay abreast of knowledge that supports personal growth as well as the
growth of BAE SYSTEMS. Every employee is encouraged to be involved in the Learning and Development Center, either as a coach, mentor,
teacher, or student.
