Under the MOBIS schedule, BAE SYSTEMS Analytical Solutions Inc may provide management services including consultation,
facilitation, surveys, privatizing (A-76) support, and their training and support products
enabling federal agencies to begin or continue management, organization and business improvement
efforts. The MOBIS objective is to enable federal customers to improve performance, quality,
timeliness, and efficiencies throughout their organizations. Support may include studies,
analysis, and reports documentation; it also may include neutral party support, aiding
problem-solving and decision-making, development of PWS, MEO, IGE, QASP, A-76 study evaluations
and appeals to A-76 decisions.
