- Monthly tests at NTC, Ft. Irwin, CA, MAGTFTC, 29 Palms, CA, and mini tests at Nellis AFB, NV, and MAWTS-1 Yuma, AZ
- Assess current equipment, training and joint employment doctrine for CAS operations
- Cost share development and modifications of data collection, instrumentation, and analysis tools with JCIET.
- Test and analysis planning
- Data collection and management
- Liaison to 29 Palms USMC forces for participation in MAGTFTC CAXs
- Digital instrumentation of all participants and use of MCDARS voice recording capability developed at JCIET
- Analysis and report writing
- Assist in briefings to TAB, GOSC, ESC, and USMC agencies
- Conversion of standard DIS protocols for input to COMBAT display tool
