A-76 Consulting Services
 |
Our Approach is Unique
When we provide A-76 consulting support, we don’t just deliver the PWS and MEO. Instead, we provide a full range of expert opinions and advice encompassing every aspect of the A-76 cost comparison process mixed with a tailored, quality, and timely approach to completing your study. Our staff is well acquainted with the issues that are common to every A-76 study, and is well equipped to handle the most extreme circumstances that may accompany your particular situation.
We have a unique approach in that we don’t apply a set of “black and white procedures to meet your requirements, but instead tailor our proven methodologies and expertise to meet your unique concerns and needs. In fact, a large initial part of every study is in the planning phase where we seek to understand your every need and concern and develop an approach that is specifically designed for your study.
In order to prevent any actual or perceived conflicts of interest, we utilize a firewall between our PWS support team and MEO support team. Each team is assigned a dedicated project lead that reports and interfaces with the client. In order to ensure all contractual elements are in place and adhered to, we also provide one Project Coordinator that oversees the entire project from a contractual standpoint. The Project Coordinator is not involved in the technical aspects of the project in order to maintain the firewall.
