- Developed product costing and customer profitability models, including capacity considerations, for manufacturing and distribution operations with thousands of SKUs, resulting in new product costing and pricing implementation.
- Trained internal teams and assisted in implementation of performance management systems involving both Activity Based Costing/Management and Balanced Scorecard techniques.
- Assessed organization design, process reengineering and IT improvements for a civilian agency of over 1100 personnel.
- Analyzed the outsourcing feasibility, including return-on-investment, of a multi-billion dollar corporation’s entire Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll operations.
- Implemented Balanced Scorecard performance management systems, including cascading department scorecards tied to strategic and operational metrics and individual employee performance appraisals.
