Open Enrollment Courses
|
|
Open Enrollment courses are any BAE SYSTEMS provided course offered at a specific date and location where enrollment is open to any individual(s) that desire to attend such course whereby these terms and conditions apply.
All upcoming Open Enrollment courses (and associated pricing) are advertised on our training website at: BAE SYSTEMS Training Centers
No inference should be made that the price of an Open Enrollment course will remain unchanged as BAE SYSTEMS reserves the right to change Open Enrollment pricing without notice. However, BAE SYSTEMS will not change the price of an advertised Open Enrollment course after a scheduled date has been advertised on the website above.
Attendees may register in advance for any course advertised on our website by following the registration procedures posted. The following policies apply to registration:
 |
BAE SYSTEMS will issue a confirmation number upon receipt of payment information (see Payment Information below). Attendees are not confirmed for a course until BAE SYSTEMS has issued a confirmation number. Attendees must present the confirmation number upon arrival to the class.
Payment information is required to obtain a confirmation number. However, BAE SYSTEMS will not charge any credit card until the first day of the course. Acceptable forms of payment for Open Enrollment courses include:
- Mastercard*
- Visa*
- Check (made payable to BAE SYSTEMS)
* Credit cards will not be charged until the first day of class.
|
 |
BAE SYSTEMS reserves the right to cancel any scheduled Open Enrollment course due to low registration. If BAE SYSTEMS does cancel a scheduled Open Enrollment course due to low registration, BAE SYSTEMS will issue a cancellation number no later than two (2) weeks prior to the course. Therefore, it is advisable to make fully refundable airline reservations when scheduling trips before the two-week mark.
Up to three (3) weeks prior to course: Attendees may cancel their registration in an Open Enrollment course up to three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the course with no penalty.
Within three (3) weeks of course: If an attendee cancels registration within three (3) weeks of the start date of the course, BAE SYSTEMS reserves the right to charge a $100.00 cancellation fee for credit card purchases. BAE SYSTEMS will not issue refunds for cancellations made within three weeks of the start date of the course when paid by check; however, BAE SYSTEMS will issue a credit voucher equal to the cancelled enrollment price for the attendee to use at a future confirmed open enrollment course. If the attendee chooses to apply the credit voucher to a course with a higher registration fee, an equitable price adjustment will be made payable by the attendee at the time of registration. If a confirmed student does not attend a class, and does not cancel, BAE SYSTEMS will not refund registration fee and will charge the credit card for the full amount.

NOTE: Do not attempt to download/run software from a LAN as software will not load and/or operate properly. In cases where classroom computers are not directly linked to the Internet, it is recommended that an individual computer equipped with a CD Writer AND access to the Internet be used to download and “burn” a CD of the required software files. The CD can then be used to load the software onto all other classroom computers. Please note that when copying a file from a CD to a computer, you must open the properties for the file after it is copied and uncheck the “Read Only” attribute.
